Concept to Volume

Concept to Volume B.V. is an innovator in gas chromatography instruments by using micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) technology and by manipulating nano-liters of sample resulting in ultra fast analysis in a small form factor. Concept to Volume B.V. has been acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE, TMO) in 2009 and subsequently by Qmicro B.V.

 

The investment rationale is the demand for more versatile, lower cost and more accurate chemical analysis equipment. 

 

Nanotech Ventures co-founded C2V and served as its director until the acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific.
